Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with B2B clients. Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their business goals. Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Requirements: Fluent German speaker with good English skills (B2 level or higher). Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales , including cold calling and upselling. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
