Job Description

The role in more details:

• Assist internal teams with implementation and training of SoftOne ERP.
• Develop and maintain all required implementation documentation, including user manuals, customer query records, issue logs, and their corresponding resolutions.
• Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions within the ERP.
• Analyze current business processes to identify improvement opportunities and propose optimized solutions.
• Monitor updates and new features.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document clear, detailed requirements aligned with strategic goals.
• Ensure professionalism, quality, and accuracy in all analysis outputs.
• Contribute to a collaborative and ethical work environment

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• BSc/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years' experience as an ERP Consultant.
• Proven experience with SoftOne ERP.
• Fluent in both Greek and English language.
• Advanced user of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative working style.
• High level of professionalism and work ethic.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Military Obligations completed
