As a Customer Advisor, you'll help Italian-speaking customers with their questions always with empathy, patience, and a smile. You'll be guided by training, supported by your team, and grow your skills every day.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Answering customer questions via phone, email, or chat
• Helping people solve everyday issues (training will be provided)
• Keeping things friendly, clear, and professional
• Learning how to use tools and systems that make your job easier
• Being a brand ambassador customers can count on

You're a fluent Italian You speak English at a conversational level (B2) You're comfortable using a computer and willing to learn You're ready to work in rotating shifts (morning/evening/weekends) You're positive, patient, and enjoy talking to people You're open to new challenges and want to grow

• You've worked in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role
