The Company:

A leading EPC company specialising in commercial buildings, infrastructure, energy, and renewable projects is experiencing rapid growth following the award of major contracts across Greece. These include utility-scale and commercial solar PV installations.

As part of this expansion, the company is seeking an Electrical Engineer, Solar PV to support the design, implementation, and delivery of solar PV projects across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Engineer, Solar PV, your main duties will include:

• Supporting the design, engineering, and technical documentation of solar PV systems (grid-connected and off-grid).
• Coordinating with procurement, construction, and project management teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Reviewing electrical designs, schematics, and specifications to ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations.
• Performing technical calculations for system sizing, performance, and energy yield.
• Supporting commissioning, testing, and quality assurance of PV installations.
• Monitoring project progress, reporting on technical issues, and supporting problem-solving on-site.
• Preparing technical reports and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.

The Person:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably with renewable energy or power systems focus).
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in solar PV project design and implementation, preferably within EPC or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PV inverters, string sizing, AC/DC systems, protection devices, and grid connection requirements.
• Familiarity with project management tools and documentation processes.
• Understanding of H&S, quality standards, and compliance in construction and renewable energy projects.
• Fluent in Greek and English .
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
