Santikos Collection is seeking a skilled and motivated Tableau Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data visualization and analytics to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize business performance metrics.

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through thorough validation processes.
• Provide training and support to team members on utilizing Tableau effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and best practices to enhance our reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Tableau and experience in building dashboards and visualizations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience with SQL and data manipulation.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
• A background in Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
